Our return policy is valid for 2 days from the day you receive your item, only if the product is brand new, in a re-sellable condition and the consumables & accessories are still sealed in having all the packing. 

Based on that exchange or refund can be granted within the 2 days Item(s) purchased on may be returned and/or exchanged either by pickup or directly in the Store. 

Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, a copy of your delivery note along with all accessories. If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

The item(s) should be in its original and unopened packaging, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories.

In case the customer needs to make a refund to an item, a refund will be made by the customer at our store, after a confirmation from our after-sale team of receiving the item.

In case the customer paid by credit card, the refund will be on the same credit card.

In case the customer paid in cash or Debit card (NAPS), the refund will be in cash. ·

In case a customer lost his invoice during the 2 days, he can ask for a copy from our after-sale team or contact us on 44 627 345, and the copy of the invoice will be sent by mail to the customer.
